  1. 100 gmWater chestnuts clean, cut in peice
  2. 10Green chilli. Cut
  3. 20Garlic chopped
  4. 1/2 cupMustred oil
  5. 2 tspRoasted coriander griended
  6. 2 tspTurmeric powder
  7. 1 tspChilli powder
  8. 2 tspMustred griended
  9. 1 tspMango powder
  10. Salt as required
  11. 1/2 tspMethi roasted griended
  12. 1 tspSaunf powder

5 miniutes

    Wipe all singhadas. Cut in shape.

  2. 2

    Put all chopped things in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Add garlic & mix it.

  4. 4

    Add all griended spices,salt mix it.

  5. 5

    Add oil mix it..

  6. 6

    Keep it in jar..

  7. 7

    Keep it in sunlight 2,3 days.

  8. 8

    Now a taesty achar is waiting for you.it is seasonals but tasty.
