My mum and i decided to cook this delicuous meal for our Diwali supper.
Steps

Soak then boil your rice,gram dhall and lentils separately. Drain out the water. Mariante your chicken using the various spices, onions, chillies and tomatoes and fine salt and thyme

Add oil in the pot, once its hot add in your marianted chicken. Cook it.

Before the chicken can get fully cooked add in the rice mix well and cook. Add some butter and garnish with some corriander. Mix well then add some yellow or orange food colouring and mix.

Then add oil to another pot then add your chillies, tomatoes and onions then your dhall and some chillie powder, fine salt and mix well then add in your branjol and some butter mix well and leave to cook.

Once the breyani is cooked leave it in a low heated oven.

In a frying pan add some oil. Peel and cut your potatoes in half add some orange or yellow food colouring. Fry it. Add to your breyani.

Once the dhall is ready serve with your breyani.. Dinner is ready.
