Steps

Mix all dry ingredients including the nuts & raisins.

Add the milk and mix/knead using your hand until you get a consistent dough, then cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place to proof.

Once it's risen to double the size of the dough, knead the dough again for a few minutes.

Grease your bread tin or any baking tin of your choice, then shape the dough and place it in the baking tin.

Cover and place in a warm place again, and leave it till it proofs to double it's original size.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to around 200°C

When the dough's proofed enough, brush it with beaten egg white, then pop it in the oven.

20-30 minutes should be able to get it well done.
