Properly wash the meat, spice and cook.

Wash and cut the tomatoes and onions, blend the pepper, garlic and ginger together. Blend the crayfish.

Put oil on fire, fry the meat, pour the tomatoes and the blended mixture and fry.

Wash the Leaves properly cut and blanch

Add spice, salt to taste, onions, in the frying sauce. Add the meat stock. Pour the blanched vegetable and allow to pour for few mins.

Wash, parboil and cook the rice.

Boil the egg and fry the plantain.
