Method sieve all dry ingredients in a bowl,sugar,flour,baking powder,baking soda.

Add milk,oil and egg mix all together.bake for 35-mins at 180°C

Chocolate whipping cream:1 cup heavy wipping cream,1 tsp vanilla,3 teaspoon sugar,4 teaspoon coco powder.add all together in a bowl and whipped untill is soft peaks.
