Ingredients

  • 1/2 kggram flour
  • 1 tspajwain/ carom
  • 3 tspgreen chilli paste
  • 1 tsphing/ asafoetida
  • 3 tspoil
  • 1 tspKashmiri laal Mirch
  • to tasteSalt
  • as requiredWater
  • as neededOil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add all ingredients and add water make thick paste.Heat oil in a wok,take sev maker add the batter and fry in oil till golden and crisp.

    Take out in a plate,let it cool and store in a jar.
