Today I made oval shape gulab jamun, I didn't stuff anything in this so I tried something special,this is a nyc way to different gulab jamun.

First mash Mawa and add refined flour.

Mix well with the help of palm.

Add elaichi powder in this.

Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Now you can ready chashni.

Add sugar and water in a vessel.

Bring it to Boil.

Add elaichi powder.

Make one string sugar syrup.

Now make oval shape gulab jamun.

Fry this gulab jamun in medium hot oil.

Fry until golden brown.

Immediately put gulab jamun in warm sugar syrup.

Take a pan add Mawa and roast.

Add few drops green colour.

After cool add sugar powder and elaichi powder.

Take out Gulab Jamun from sugar syrup.

Cut Gulab Jamun from middle for fill the stuffing but should be join from end.

Now fill this with stuffing.

Garnish with dry fruits and serve
