Ingredients

  • 2capsicum
  • 1/2 cupgram flour
  • 1/2 tspajwain / carom seeds
  • pinchhaldi / turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededoil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut capsicum into round shapes.

  2. 2

    Add besan,ajwain,red chilli powder,haldi powder and salt in a mixing bowl

  3. 3

    Add some water and make a batter dip capsicum

  4. 4

    Add in a hot oil and deep fry till golden in colour.
