In a pan heat some oil and add in your diced onions, ginger and garlic paste and fry them in the oil until they start to brown.

Add in your blended tomatoes and tomato paste and let them cook until all the juices from the tomatoes are drying up.

Put in Salt and tanduri masala and keep stirring.

Boil some water on a separate sufuria or kettle.

Take 1 cup of the hot water and add to your tomatoes bit by bit while stirring and when all the water in your cup is finished cover your pan with a lid and let it cook until the sauce is thick.

Check the seasoning and if it's OK the sauce is ready for use.

The sauce can be used in spaghetti, chicken, pork or even fish. Enjoy😋😋
