  1. Boiled yellow peas
  2. Oil
  3. Onion
  4. 3 cupsFlour
  5. Salt
  6. Lemon

    Chop the onion & fry with the peas add salt to taste.

    Prepare the dough & cut into balls, roll them into five layers.

    Dry the patties on pan so as to cut into halves for the samosa pockets.

    Cut into four halves and stuff them with the peas. Seal using flour paste.

    Fry the samosas on medium heat, till they turn golden brown.wasw

  6. 6

    Wash the lemon & half it.Use it for garnish
