Aloo cut into half in than meddile in scroup in holl.and deep fry in golden in colour.one small bowl add paneer aloo coriander leaves red chilli salt garam masala black salt mix well than fry aloo in hole put in masala.after another bowl add curd basan red coler salt red chilli powder mix well than stuffing aloo cotting the masala in 1/2 an hour.Than non stick pan hot in gas add oil stuffing aloo in golden brown.all side.ready to serve hot in green chutney.
