Combine the garlic cloves dried red chilli red chilli powder salt cumin seeds and water in a blender to make a smooth paste.

Heat oil in a pan when the oil hot enough add mustard seeds.when the they start to crackle add chutney to it along with some water.

Stir well and let it cook on medium low heat untill the raw smell is gone and chutney is thick and loses the oil.

Stir occasional to prevent is burring.

Serve with any paratha or snacks.
