Ingredients

  1. 150 GMbesan/gram flour
  2. 6/8 pieces lotus stem boiled with salt
  3. 3 tbspginger garlic, green chilies, coriander leaves paste
  4. 1 tspamchoor powder
  5. to tastesalt
  6. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  7. 1/8 tbspsoda bicarbonate
  8. as neededOil for frying
  9. as neededWater as required
  10. as neededGreen chutney for serving

Steps

  1. 1

    Take mixing bowl add besan salt, soda bicarbonate and water to make thick batter keep aside for rest

  2. 2

    Mean while take small bowl add green paste salt amchoor powder and cumin powder mix well now slit lotus stem length wise fill with mixture of green paste

  3. 3

    Heat oil in pan add one tsp oil in batter mix it and make droping consistency dip lotus stem in batter and deep fry serve hot with green chutney
