Steps

Boil the milk in thick bottom pan and simmer it till it thickens.

Heat another pan,add grated apples in it,stir and cook on low flame, till grated apple changes it's colour.

Add sugar and stir well

Now add thickened milk in it and mix well. Simmer for few minutes untill it thickens more

Switch off the gas and add cardamom powder.

Garnish with dry fruits,serve hot or cold as you desire.
