  • Rice,egg,carrot,green peas,green pepper,fresh tomatoes,ginger,
  • Garlic,groundnut oil,cubes,salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the vegetables and chop then keep aside. 2. Cook rice. 3. Allow to dry. 4. Add a little groundnut oil. 5. Pour the chopped vegetables and allow to simmer.

    Make the egg sauce and serve with the rice.
