Ingredients

  • 1 cupsemolina
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 3 cupWater
  • 1 cupGhee
  • as neededDry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in pan and add suji in it

  2. 2

    Roast it for 5 to 7 minute

  3. 3

    Add dry fruits like cashew,almonds in it and shake it well with spatula

  4. 4

    Now add water in pan shake it for 2 minutes then add sugar now shake it for 1 minute

  5. 5

    Yummy suji Halwa is ready
