Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. 1/2 kgmeat
  3. Cardamon
  4. Cinnamon
  5. Cloves
  6. Cummin seeds
  7. Black pepper seeds
  8. Potatoes
  9. Garlic
  10. Ginger
  11. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil meat till soft

  2. 2

    Add oil to the meat and fry till brown

  3. 3

    Add garlic and ginger and stir,add salt to taste

  4. 4

    Add all the spices,and then add cut potatoes

  5. 5

    Pour water in the sufuria and after boiling add your rice

  6. 6

    Serve with kachumbari or masala
