Ingredients

  • 2 cupsrice
  • 1/2 kgmeat
  • Cardamon
  • Cinnamon
  • Cloves
  • Cummin seeds
  • Black pepper seeds
  • Potatoes
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil meat till soft

  2. 2

    Add oil to the meat and fry till brown

  3. 3

    Add garlic and ginger and stir,add salt to taste

  4. 4

    Add all the spices,and then add cut potatoes

  5. 5

    Pour water in the sufuria and after boiling add your rice

  6. 6

    Serve with kachumbari or masala
