First soak urad dal for 5 hours in water and rinse the water and grind it into fine paste and remove it in a plate.

Now mix ginger & green chilli paste and salt and mix well.

Now heat oil in pan and make wada and fry it in oil.

Now boil 2 glass of water and mix 1/2 tsp asfoetida, salt and jeera and boil for 5 minutes.

Now put all vadas in hot water and soak for 2 hours. When it soaks well then drain all water.

Now take curd and churn it and add salt, sugar, red chilli powder, Chat masala and mix it well.

Now put vada on curd and garnish with tamarind and green chutney. Tasty dahi vada ready.
