Ingredients

30 mins
  1. 1 bowlurad dal
  2. 1 tbspginger & green chilli paste
  3. as neededoil as required
  4. 2 bowlcurd
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. to tasteRed chilli powder
  7. 1 tbspGreen chutney
  8. 1 tbspTamarind chutney

  1. 1

    First soak urad dal for 5 hours in water and rinse the water and grind it into fine paste and remove it in a plate.

  2. 2

    Now mix ginger & green chilli paste and salt and mix well.

  3. 3

    Now heat oil in pan and make wada and fry it in oil.

  4. 4

    Now boil 2 glass of water and mix 1/2 tsp asfoetida, salt and jeera and boil for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Now put all vadas in hot water and soak for 2 hours. When it soaks well then drain all water.

  6. 6

    Now take curd and churn it and add salt, sugar, red chilli powder, Chat masala and mix it well.

  7. 7

    Now put vada on curd and garnish with tamarind and green chutney. Tasty dahi vada ready.

  8. 8

    Now boil 2 glass of water and mix 1/2 tsp asafoetida, salt and jeera and boil for 5 minutes.

    Now put vada on curd and garnish with tamarind and green chutney. Tasty dahi vada ready.
