Ingredients

Overnight
8 servings
  • 175 mlcup olive oil
  • 75 mlcup red wine vinegar
  • 4.5 tablespoonsDijon Mustard
  • 4large garlic cloves, minced
  • 2large shallots
  • 1 tablespoon+ 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoonminced fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoonminced fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 3x 200g flank steaks

Steps

Overnight
  1. 1

    Whisk first 9 ingredients in bowl to blend.

  2. 2

    Place steaks in single layer in large baking dish

  3. 3

    Pour marinade over and turn steaks to coat

  4. 4

    Refirdgerate overnight

  5. 5

    Remove from marinade and season with pepper

  6. 6

    Grill steaks to taste. Around 4 minutes per side for medium-rare
