Overnight

175 mlcup olive oil
75 mlcup red wine vinegar
4.5 tablespoonsDijon Mustard
4large garlic cloves, minced
2large shallots
1 tablespoon+ 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoonminced fresh thyme
1 tablespoonminced fresh rosemary
1 teaspoonsalt
3x 200g flank steaks

Overnight

Whisk first 9 ingredients in bowl to blend.

Place steaks in single layer in large baking dish

Pour marinade over and turn steaks to coat

Refirdgerate overnight

Remove from marinade and season with pepper

Grill steaks to taste. Around 4 minutes per side for medium-rare
