Besan Choco Laddo

Heat the canola oil and ghee on a low flame. Add the ground cardamom and leave to infuse for 5 minutes.

Add the gram flour and cook the mixture on medium to low heat until slightly browned (approximately 15 to 20 minutes).Add melon seeds kernels.Roast for two minutes.

Add the sugar and mix well till the sugar is partially melted.Switch off the flame.

Add mawa,Choco powder and combine well.

Take a fist full of the mixture and press into desirable sized balls.Fill in with choco-mawa mixture,again make round.Garnish with chopped dry fruits.
