In big bowl pour 2 cup tamarind juice, jaggery, turmeric powder ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, mix well

Make coarse paste of jeera, green chillies, and coriander leaves,add them into juice,mix well

For tempering heat the oil on the medium flam add jeera, mustard seeds curry leaves,red chillies let them sizzle, pour this tempering into tamarind juice mix well. Serve this with plan rice or curd rice
