Prepare all the vegetables needed

Heat oil in a large sufuria and sauté the onions till transparent

Add tomatoes and garlic and ginger paste and cook till soft and saucy. Add salt and soy sauce.

Add chilli sauce little by little until the desired amount.

Add the chopped bell pepper and cook slightly

Put in the pre-cooked chips into the sauce and mix carefully to avoid mashing the potatoes.

Serve hot with desired salad or stir-fried vegetable.
