  • Left over chips
  • Tomato es
  • Onion
  • Oil
  • Masala spice

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan and cook your onions.

  2. 2

    Once browned, add tomatoes, masala spice (and any other spice such as chili)

  3. 3

    Add your leftover chips and cook over low heat.

  4. 4

    Remove and serve with kachumbari.
