Add cauliflower, musterd oil, curd, tanduri masala powder, red chilli powder, turmeric and salt to a large bowl.

Mix well and sure the cauliflower florets are well coated with the masalas.

Keep aside for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile preheat the oven at 200 deg c.

Greased the baking tray with oil and spread the cauliflower mixture on a baking tray and roast in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove and serve hot with chutney.
