Steps

Take a pan and heat ghee in it. Now add plain flour in it and roast for 5 mins on low flame.

Now add gram flour to it and again roast it for another 5 mins on low flame.

Mixture will leave ghee on it's sides after roasting. Now add water and powdered sugar and mix well quickly. Keep mixing regularly to avoid lumps. Switch off flame when it leaves ghee.

Garnish with dryfruits of your choice and serve hot.
