Ingredients

1/2 kgbeef cubed
2onions chopped
2 clovesgarlic
2tomatoes skinned and chopped
1 tbsptomato paste
Ginger
2 tspdessicated coconut
Red chillies
Oil
Beef stock or water

Steps

1

Fry onions till golden brown..add in your meat and let it brown

Add your tomatoes, garlic, ginger, tomato puree, and coconut
3

Let everything cook for a while before adding your chilli,and beef stock
4

Let it simmer till well cooked...Serve with a starch of your choice
