Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cupall purpose flour
  • 1 cuppowderd sugar
  • 4 tbspchocolate powder
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tspcoffee powder
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 tbspvinegar
  • 1 tspvanilla essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Add vinegar in milk and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Sieve all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add milk(vinegar mixed), oil,and vanilla ess.mix well.

  4. 4

    Pour the batter into greased cake pot..And bake for 30 -35 min...In microwave...On convection 180°.
