Heat the oil in a pan then add Cashew fry till light brown same way paneer cubes fry till light brown then remove in a plate

Then use same pan add 1 tbsp oil then add onion, garlic, ginger, tomato saute till light brown then remove it from the pan in a mixi jar add green chilli, 5-6 fried Cashew make smooth paste

Then in a same pan add 2 tsp oil add bay leaf, cumin seed and green cardoman after crackle of cumin seed add turmeric, red chilli powder and Shahi paneer masala immediately pour the paste saute the gravy

Cook for 3-4 min in medium flame till oil get separate from the paste add salt and water as per the constitency you want for gravy

Then add cream or malai and fenugreek leaf lgive it a mix cook for a few minutes

Then add remaining fried Cashew and fried paneer cook for 2-3 min in medium flame

Then garnish with chopped coriander leaves
