Pinchsaffron soaked
500 gmHung curd
1/3 cupsugar powder
1/2 tspnutmeg powder
1/2 tspcardamom powder
5-6blenched almonds

Put hung curd in mixing bowl, add sugar powder and mix it well.

Add nutmeg powder,cardamom powder,soaked saffron and mix it very well.

Scoop out the shrikhand in individual cup and garnished with almonds.

Serve it chill.
