Kienyeji Chicken leg, head, wings and neck cleaned
3 clovesgarlic grated
5 cmroot ginger grated
2large onions finely chopped
to tasteSalt
1 tspblack pepper
Water

Place all the ingredients in a pressure cooker

Add water to cover the ingredients

Cook in the pressure cooker and let it whistle for about 30 minutes

Remove from heat and serve your broth or keep it for later cooking.
