It's easy recipe but full of protiens
Steps

First wash and cut all the veggies and make masla ready

Take a kadai add oil and then add mustard and cumin seeds once sputtter add chopped garlic and ginger and mix and saute for a minutes

Then add chopped onions and mix and cook till it become translucent then add chopped tomatoes and add soem salt and mix and cook for 4 minutes then add benqs and mix all

Then add required powders and mix and close the lid and cook for 4-5 minutes

All should be in medium flame

Then sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and itsbready to eat

Best with rotis
