Boil the potatoes & soya chunks together.

Squeeze out the excess water from chunks.

Smash boiled potatoes & soya chunks by using your hands to make a rough paste.

Add salt in the paste.

Heat oil in a pan.

Fry the onions, cook it for few minutes to tender it.

Add ginger garlic paste accordingly.

Add chopped onions in it.

Add turmeric, cumin powder & coriander powder in it.

When you will get nice aroma from it, add the rough mix of smashed potato & soya chunks in it.

Cook in low flame for few minutes & stir continuously.

Give it a good mix.

Turn off the heat.

Let it cool down.

Make small fingers from it.

Make a batter by using flour and cornflower.

Coat the fingers in it.

Then coat in bread crumbs.

Deep fry in refined oil & serve hot with sauce
