In a non stick pan, heat ghee.

Let it melt.

Add sugar, make sure no lumps are formed.

Let sugar melt completely.

Add fried gram dal and elachi powder.

Mix well and immediately close the flame.

Grease the kitchen platform, spatula and rolling pin.

Transfer the mixture, immediately on the kitchen platform and flatten it with spatula.

Slowly with the help of spatula, flip other side.

Garnish it with few stands of kesar, sliced badams and pistas and roll this as thin as possible, with the rolling pin.

Divide the Tulashakri into four parts or how you desire and store in air tight container.
