Diwali Special Kasaria coconut burfi is my innovative delicious dish made from kasar(saffron ),sugar,mawa and I have used fresh grated coconut . It tastes very rich and very unique.
Steps

Preparation for coconut burfi
Grease a pan or keep a parchment paper ready. - 2
Saffron soaked in to milk

Heat a pan with ghee. Add coconut, sugar and saffron threads
Mix and cook together on a medium flame.than add grated mawa. - 4
Mixture turns gooey and bubbly. Add cardamom powder. Continue to cook until the mixture comes together and turns thick. It also begins to leave the sides of the pan.

Pour it immediately to a greased plate. Level it well and make a square with the spatula.

Allow to cool down for about 30 mins. Cut them to desired sizes while it is still warm.

Than garnish with half sliced coconut like dia and take yellow colour and mawa mix well than make bati and decorate barfi like dia bati for occasion of Diwali.cool it than served.
