1Onion
2Green chillies
1 TspKasoori methi
as neededCoriander leaves
To tasteSalt
1/4 tspBlack pepper
1/2 TspChaat Masala
As neededGhee for making parathas
as neededWheat flour dough

Steps

Chop onion and green chillies. Chop coriander leaves. Mix all dry ingredients with rice. Stuffing is ready

Now make parathas. Take some dough. Make a ball. Roll it. Apply ghee. Put stuffing. Seal from all sides. Roll it in round shape. Cook with ghee on hot tava.

Enjoy with butter and tea.
