Ingredients

  1. 3.5 oz (100 g)semolina tonnarelli pasta
  2. 3.5 oz (100 g)squid
  3. 1.75 oz (50 g)cherry tomatoes
  4. To taste garlic
  5. To taste onion
  6. Parsley stems
  7. Extra virgin olive oil
  8. White wine
  9. To taste salt
  10. To taste black pepper
  11. Parmesan cheese
  12. Pecorino Romano cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse the squid.

    Cut the squid into small cubes.

    Mince the garlic, onion, and parsley stems, and chop the tomatoes.

    Sauté the minced mixture in extra virgin olive oil.

    Add the squid and half a glass of white wine.
