Steps

Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes.

Chopped and keep all vegetables ready.

Crush ginger and garlic.

In a handi add ghee. Add cumin seeds, bay leaf and ginger garlic paste. Add all vegetables and saute it for 2-3 minutes.

Add soaked rice.

Add water and cook it until done.

Corn Handi rice is ready to serve.
