This very healthy Khichu is good for all age people throughout the year.
Steps

Dry roast black mung.

Grind it to powder.

In a pan add water and salt.
- 4
Add mung flour to it and mix it thoroughly.

Cook it for 8-10 minutes.

Once cool make round Khichu balls with hole in it.

Steam it for 15-20 minutes.
- 8
Once steamed. Sprinkle some oil and red chilli powder. Healthy mung Khichu is ready to serve.
