1 cupall purpose flour
1 cupwhole wheat flour
3 tbssugar
1 tspkosher salt
1/2 tspbaking soda
1 tspbaking powder
3eggs
2 ouncesmelted unsalted butter
2 cupsbuttermilk

Steps

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl

Preheat waffle iron then Mix wet ingredients in another bowl

Put wet ingredients over dry and mix for 10 SECONDS!

Leave it alone for 5 min

Spray Cooking oil on iron and put 2 ice-cream scoops and wait for waffle iron to tell you it's ready
