Steps

Heat the ghee in pan.roast the dry fruits lightly. keep aside

Roast the semolina in same pan untill it changes it's colour.

Mash bananas and add in semolina.Mix well.

Add sugar, mix well till it melts.

Now add milk and dry fruits.Mix well and cook on low flame untill the mixture gets thicken and leaves the edges of the pan.

Now add the cardamom powder. Mix well.Now switch off the flame.

Garnish the halwa with dry fruits and desiccated coconut.
