Ingredients

  • 2.2 lbsground beef (1 kilogram)
  • 7 ozbeef fat (200 grams)
  • 1large onion, finely chopped and well-drained
  • mixed spices
  • barbecue sauce
  • Salad ingredients
  • parsley
  • slicesonion
  • sumac

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients well and shape into finger-sized logs.

  2. 2

    Grill on a barbecue or cook in an air fryer.

  3. 3

    Chop the parsley and mix with the onion slices and sumac, then place the cooked kofta on top.

  4. 4

    Serve with a smoky aroma, tahini, potatoes, and bread, or as you like.
