Steps

First, peel and wash the baby potatoes and pierce them with the fork.

Now deep fry the baby potatoes until golden brown on low flame.

Other side heat 2 tbsp oil in another pan add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, pepper corn,garlic and onion.cook for couple of minutes.

Add ginger, chilli, tomatoes and salt cook till tomatoes became soft.

Turn off the gas at this stage and let it cool down. Then make fine pure.

Same pan heat the 4 tbsp oil add bay leaf, jeera and pure, stir well. Then add turmeric, coriander, chilli powder, garam masala and salt, cook until oil releases.

Now add cream again cook until oil releases. Then add curd and saunf powder, stir immediately.

Add a glass of water and cook until a boil arrives. Now add potatoes and cover the pan with the lid and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium flame.

Add kasoori methi, cook for a while.

Serve yummy dum aaloo with roti or paratha.
