Steps

Add dal nd oll vegetables in a pressure cooker. Add water nd boil wth two whistles

Mash everything nd set aside now soak tamarind in hot water. Aftr few minutes squeeze nd add its water in boiled vegetables.

Now take 2spoon oil in a pan add a pinch hing(asafoetida) 1/2spoon musturd seed cumin add curry leaves now add chopped garlic.

Add this in boiled veggies and sprinkle sambar masala. Its ready to serve hot with idli or dosa.

For idli we have ta take 1cup suji 1/2cup curd add salt make a thick paste. Add water if req. Salt to taste.

Leave it for 10min. Ready ur steamer for steam. Grease d idli plates now add eno at last just before steaming.

Pour batter in idli stand and steam it for 20min. On medium flame.

After 15 min. Test ur idli with knife corner.if it s ready thn switch off d flame. Nd leave it for 10 min. Whn it s cooled remove wth d help of spoon or hand from d stand. Serve hot with sambar.
