Steps

1. Dissolve the yeast with warm water and sugar. Stir, and set aside until it looks formy.

2. Add the milk, salt, egg and mix, then add about 2cups flour, mix, it should be a bit runny (sticky) then add the butter (soften), keep mix and adding flour until u get a smooth dough.

3. Allow to rest for an hour. Then once it's doubled in size, punch the dough, and place on flour surface. Roll flat and cut into square shape. Allow to rest for about 30 minutes.

4. Fry in hot oil, then dust them with icing sugar while they're still warm.
