Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppeanut
  2. 1 mediumonion
  3. 3-4green chilli
  4. 1 tsptamarind juice
  5. 1 tspmustard and jeera/ cumin
  6. 1 tspurad daal
  7. 1 tbspoil
  8. to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast peanut. remove the cover of peanut.

    Grind roasted peanut, onion, tamarind, green chilli. grind to smooth paste. transfer to bowl

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan add mustard, jeera and urad daal.

    When daal turns golden add curry leaf and put it on grounded chutney. mix well and serve.
