1 bunchbathua
2 cupcurd
1/2 spoonblack salt
1/2salt
1 spooncumin seeds (roasted) powder

Boiled bathua or make a smooth paste..

Wishk curd till a creamy add bathua paste,mix very well. Add salt, black salt and roast cumin seeds powder.

Bathua raita is ready serve with aloo paratha or chapati..
