Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 1 bowlspinach pureed
  • 200 gmpaneer cubed
  • 1 tspginger crushed
  • 1onion chopped
  • 4-5 Clovesgarlic chopped
  • 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  • 1 tspFenugreek seeds
  • 1 tspFenugreek leaves crush
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededbutter

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat butter and add paneer,shallow fry and keep aside

  2. 2

    Now add more butter and fry onion and garlic

  3. 3

    Add ginger paste and green chillies and saute well

  4. 4

    Add the purees and cook till it is thick

  5. 5

    Add paneer and sugar mix well

  6. 6

    Add kasuri methi crush and switch off

  7. 7

    It is ready,garnish with butter and serve with any kind of flat breads
