Pineapple upside down cake

Whisk condensed milk & soft butter unti pale in colour.

Sift maida, Baking powder & baking soda in an another bowl.

Line the tin with butter & place pineapple slices in tin & fill the space remaining in the tin with cararmel (make caramel with sugar).

Preheat your oven at 160'c for 15 to 20 min.

Mix maida mix into butter mix gradually until fully incorporated.

Add pineapple essence to it.

Add soda into cake batter & whisk well it.

Add this batter on lined tin over caramel & pineapple slices.

Bake this batter at 160'c for 50 min to 1 hour & your cake is ready for serving, serve warm cake with icecream.
