Grate the broccoli and add all spices,salt,wheat flour and rice flour.

Knead a soft dough using water.Let rest dough for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes take few oil drops and knead dough again.Make small dough ball and roll it flat or like poori. apply some oil in poori and fold 3 times to make triangle.

Now roll further that triangle to get a 7 inch triangle paratha.

Heat tawa on a medium high flame, transfer paratha to tawa, when see bubbles flip it.

Apply some oil or ghee,and cook both side evenly.

Serve paratha with curry or chutney.
